WARRANTY INFORMATION
Each of The Nesting Owl’s custom designed and built furniture pieces have a beautiful rustic worn look. Each piece of furniture is hand built and made to last a lifetime with construction quality fasteners and glues. Small imperfections may occur naturally over time and will not effect the structure or stability of the furniture piece. In fact, they add character to each unique piece.
We utilize both new and refurbished wood and we are always on the lookout for historical wood structures. Drop us a line if you have something that may be of interest. We will stain your projects to your specifications. Any colour or shade you prefer!
The Nesting Owl’s custom rustic furniture pieces have a two year warranty coverage on construction defects, poor structure and unstable pieces.
Custom finished pieces are guaranteed not to fade, flake or wear off in the first two years (with proper use and care.)
EXCLUSIONS
Normal wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, pet damage, watermarks etc.
IMPROPER CARE AND STORAGE
The Nesting Owls custom rustic furniture is built to stay indoors in a climate controlled area. Storing rustic furniture in barns, garages, storage units may damage furniture and exclude any warranties.
